By creating an account or using Vivah Sambandh, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Eligibility
You must be legally eligible for marriage as per Indian law (21 years or above for grooms, 18 years or above for brides) to register. Accounts may be created by the individual or by their family members on their behalf.
Account & Verification
You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information. Profiles pass manual screening and optional ID verification before going live. We may suspend accounts with false, misleading or incomplete information.
Acceptable Use
Use the platform only for genuine matrimonial purposes. Harassment, abusive language, solicitation, spam, fake profiles or any unlawful activity will lead to immediate suspension without refund.
Membership & Payments
Basic profile creation and browsing are free. Paid plans unlock premium features as described on the Membership page. All payments are processed through secure gateways; plan benefits begin once payment is confirmed.
Our Role
Vivah Sambandh is a matchmaking platform that facilitates introductions between families. We verify profiles with care, but the final decision to proceed with any alliance rests entirely with you and your family.
